1. KOBO: A Ten Year Retrospective 

Kobo Gallery is celebrating its 10 year anniversary by hosting an epic group show that will feature over 30 of the city’s best artists. Kobo Gallery offers work from wildly passionate local artists in many mediums including painting, photography, woodwork, fiber work and jewelry.

2. Old Fort Jackson Family Campover  

Children and their parents are invited to spend the night at Old Fort Jackson, the country’s oldest brick fort. The overnight adventure includes dinner, s’mores, songs, games, historic battle reenactments and other military-themed activities.

3. GnomeCon

4. Savannah Stopover Music Festival

Every year, the Savannah Stopover Music Festival brings over 80 up-and-coming artists to town. This is a music lover’s greatest opportunity to see fresh, new musicians play Savannah‘s intimate venues. 5. Greening of the Fountain 

Kick off Savannah‘s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with the annual greening of the Forsyth Park fountain! Each year, the fountain’s clear waters are transformed to a sparkling emerald green, marking the start of the celebrations to come.

6. Craft Brew Races 

This 5k race has the best form of motivation – a beer festival at the finish line! Over 20 local and regional breweries will be offering unlimited beer samples to race participants. The day includes live music, food trucks and delicious craft brews.

7. Tara Feis 

This year’s Tara Feis will be a feast for the eyes, ears and palate with live performances, food, art activities, crafts and games hosted with Irish ceremony, tradition and hospitality. This event is a free, non-alcoholic event geared towards families and children.

8. St. Patrick’s Day Parade 

Each year, Savannah throws a massive parade to celebrate its Irish heritage. Grab some green beads, dance to the percussionists and get your camera ready for one of the most silly, exciting and greenest days of your life.

9. Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens 

At this rare event, visitors will get a firsthand look into some of Savannah’s finest private homes. Admire furnishings, take note of note of the details and design, and learn about the history behind some of Savannah‘s finest homes and gardens.
